Anti pasti
Remove burrata from the fridge one hour prior to eating.
Pre-heat oven to 180 for 10 mins, then add the wedge of focaccia for 5 mins.
Slice the focaccia into generous slices.
Serve with the burrata, and drizzle generously with truffle honey.
Rigatoni alla Amatricana
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
Empty the jar of Coppi Sugo ‘Nduja or Sugo Pomodoro into a separate pot and gently simmer.
Add the Guanciale mix.
Allow to gently simmer while stirring.
Place pasta in the boiling water and cook for 3 mins.
Drain, and toss the pasta in your sauce.
Finish by sprinkling with Parmesan.

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
Empty the jar of Coppi Sugo Pomodoro into a separate pot and gently simmer.
Add the aubergine relish.
Allow to gently simmer while stirring.
Place pasta in the boiling water and cook for 3 mins.
Drain, and toss the pasta in your sauce.
Finish by sprinkling with herb pangrattato.
